If you're going to play at The Horseshoe, you have to look the part.

Ahead of the 2025 Navy Federal Credit Union Stadium Series on Saturday, Columbus Blue Jackets forward Mathieu Olivier came running out of the tunnel at Ohio Stadium wearing the familiar gray football helmet of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The Blue Jackets are all set to host the Detroit Red Wings at the famed venue, which is home to the 2025 NCAA Football champions, who defeated Notre Dame for the title back in January.

Olivier burst out on to the field where a handful of teammates were kicking around a soccer ball. He promptly used the equipment to doink a nice header back to the group of teammates nearby.

Because hey, football is football. Or close enough.
